Loadplus is an innovative tech start-up operating in India's mining and industrial logistics sectors. Through the use of advanced technology and data, Loadplus is reshaping the future of power plant logistics, waste management, mining services, FTL logistics, and warehousing. The company strives to support Indian manufacturers in achieving more efficient logistics solutions. With the integration of medium and large commercial trucks, Loadplus serves various industries, including cement, FMCG, retail, mining, and power plant waste management.

This is an on-site, full-time Co-founder with investment role, based in New Delhi. The Co-founder will play a pivotal role in driving the company's vision forward, including developing business strategies, leading operations, and forging relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include contributing investment capital, spearheading sales and marketing strategies, fostering investor relations, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in the mining and logistics sectors.

• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and thought leadership.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, including strategy development, execution, and fostering sustainable business growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to build and manage teams effectively.
• Understanding of the mining, logistics, or industrial supply chain sectors is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
