Role Description

As a Co-founder with Investment at Homeday, you will invest 20-25 lakh in return of 7-8% equity and you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and strategic direction. Your responsibilities include formulating and implementing business strategies, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, identifying and securing investments, and conducting comprehensive market research. You will collaborate closely with the existing leadership team to further expand Homeday's presence and services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Strong analytical and research skills to assess market opportunities and drive data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders, partners, and team members
• Proven experience in sales and marketing to support business development and promotional activities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic planning capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure investments
• Experience in leadership roles or business scaling is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
