Co-Founder & Wealth Management Expert

MoneySpring aims to revolutionize wealth management in India by providing personalized, technology-driven financial solutions to high net worth individuals, and families.

Co-Founder Role:

We're seeking an experienced wealth management professional to join our founding team as Co-Founder. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's vision, strategy, and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and acquire high net worth clients, build relationships, and expand our customer base.

2. Investment Strategy: Develop and implement tailored investment strategies for clients, leveraging market expertise and research.

3. Team Management: Train and lead a team of wealth managers and support staff.

4. Growth Strategy: Contribute to overall business growth, expansion plans, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment management.

2. Proven track record of acquiring and retaining high net worth clients.

3. In-depth knowledge of Indian financial markets, regulations, and wealth management products.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

5. Should be able to conduct online webinars and conduct workshops in corporates

5. Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA, CFP, FRM).

Desirable Qualifications:

1. MBA or PGDM from a premier institution.

2.MUST have Experience in wealth management domain.

3. Strong understanding of financial planning tools and software.
