Co-Founder

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Hyderabad. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth, developing and executing innovative business strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.

You will also oversee marketing and sales initiatives, ensure alignment with VHONO's mission, and contribute to the creation of a robust organizational culture. Additionally, you will perform market research, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with other co-founders to ensure the platform's success and long-term sustainability.

• Strong Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive growth, increase visibility, and enhance engagement.
• Proficiency in Research for identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the media industry and digital news ecosystem is an added advantage.
• Willingness to make a strategic financial investment in the company as part of the co-founder commitment, contributing to the platform's development, expansion, and long-term growth.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

As part of the founding team, the selected co-founder will be expected to contribute financially to support the initial growth and scaling of VHONO, aligning commitment with ownership and long-term vision.
