Co-Founder + (UI/UX Designer)

Job Summary

PiXel CognitiX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced UI/UX Designer to join the core team as a Co-Founder. This critical role will own the entire design language, user experience, and visual identity of the company and its products. We require a long-term commitment to build and scale the business.

Compensation Note (Crucial)

This is an equity-based position only for the initial phase. The successful candidate will receive a substantial grant of company equity and will be deeply vested in the long-term success and growth of PiXel CognitiX. There is no initial salary or monetary compensation available. Candidates must be prepared to commit their time and expertise based on the future potential of the business.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UI/UX vision, strategy, and execution across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and other founders on product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required).
• Deep understanding of design thinking principles and current design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
