We are looking for a Co-Founder / Investor Partner with strong corporate HR experience, industry relationships, and the vision to scale a national-impact hiring ecosystem.

This is not a traditional employment role it's an opportunity to own, build, and shape the future of hiring alongside a passionate founding team.

Someone with deep corporate connections and an understanding of the recruitment ecosystem

An individual open to strategic investment and co-founding collaboration

Passionate about startups, HR innovation, and scalable impact

Your Role

Drive corporate partnerships and strategic alliances

Bring in industry insights and HR leadership experience to shape our go-to-market strategy

Support in building revenue channels and expanding enterprise relationships
