Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Ahmedabad for the position of Co-Founder at Spare Part Wale. The Co-Founder will actively contribute to shaping the vision, strategy, and future direction of the company, while leading various operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. The role includes overseeing sales and marketing strategies, forming partnerships, conducting market research, and driving growth. Ownership of business outcomes, team leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business trends, operational efficiency, and growth strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal to engage with investors, partners, and team members effectively.
• Proven Sales and Marketing expertise with a track record of scaling business operations and establishing strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting Research to identify market opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and supply chains is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
