About The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and growth-driven Co-Founder to build and scale a recruitment firm in the Delhi NCR region. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of business creation, revenue growth, and long-term client relationships.

The role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and a proven ability to build and grow business independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy and growth roadmap
• Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives
• Build and scale recruitment delivery teams
• Set up operational processes, KPIs, and performance standards
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion
• Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Lead branding, positioning, and service differentiation strategies
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capability
• Experience in building and scaling teams or business units
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking with execution focus
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon / Noida / Delhi)
• Experience in permanent hiring, executive search, or contract staffing
• Prior leadership experience with P&L responsibility
