Rahas is a early stage startup in a personal care space. I am a solo founder (NIT/IIM graduate) with 13 years of experience in managing multi-crore business with leading Indian companies acoss online and offline channels. Also have experience of running my own startup . I have expertise across Sales; Operations ; Retail; ecommerce ; Business Development ; Marketing and Finance domains.

Looking for Cofounder- Product with entrepreneurial vision ; deep product/manufacturing/supply chain understading in personal care space with hands-on execution capabilities to build a scalable brand .

This is a equity based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy by analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and competitors in personal care.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA or cosmetic standards), and launch.
• Lead R&D and supply chain to innovate clutter-breaking products

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or development, ideally in beauty/personal care or consumer goods, with proven launches.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, supply chains, and new trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Essential Skills

• Market research and consumer insights to spot gaps
• Work with manufactures & translate consumer insights into relevant products for the TG
