Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role located in Bengaluru. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and operations. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, leading sales and marketing initiatives, conducting in-depth research, and developing strategic partnerships. The role also requires effective collaboration with stakeholders, driving analytical decision-making, and ensuring the successful execution of company goals.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Prior experience in healthcare technology or startups is advantageous

The initial 2 months are commitment-focused with no fixed salary, allowing both founders to align on vision, execution, and market validation.

From the 3rd month, the role transitions to an equity-led compensation model, with equity and future remuneration discussed openly based on contribution and milestones.
