About Offcampuscareer

At Offcampuscareer, we are building a powerful ecosystem to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world skills through our TIP (Training, Internship, Placement) program.

With 2 running training centers, a live LMS platform, and a growing student and college base, we're on a mission to transform traditional education and empower youth with career-readiness, internships, and real projects — both online and offline.

Our roadmap includes:

• 10L monthly revenue in next 6 months
• Scaling TIP program nationwide
• 3 verticals: TIP, HR Services & IT Solutions
• Valuation target: 10 Cr in 12–18 months

Now, we're inviting a passionate Co-Founder to join the leadership team and scale this mission with ownership.

Your Role: Co-Founder (Open for following domains)

We are open to co-founders with strength in one or more of the following:

1. Tech & Product Head (CTO)

• Own LMS, CRM, automation tools
• Build scalable tech infra & AI integrations
• Lead future R&D (AI-driven career tools)

1. Chief Growth Officer / Marketing Lead

• Lead digital & performance marketing
• Build brand, community & lead acquisition
• Manage YouTube, blogs, and campaigns

1. Head of TIP Department (Academic Co-Founder)

• Design & scale new-age courses
• Manage internships, training, placement teams
• Drive institutional tie-ups and partnerships

1. Chief HR & Operations

• Lead team hiring, training & performance
• SOP building and HR automation
• Setup and scale franchise or training models

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial mindset: not just an employee
• 2–5 years experience in relevant field or startup leadership
• Strong problem solver, owner, and executor
• Can commit full-time with high accountability
• Passionate about education, skilling, and transformation

What's on the Table

• 15% Equity in a 2 Cr valued startup
• Partial buy-in: starting from 5–10 Lakhs (negotiable based on value addition)
• Founders title, full strategic ownership
• ESOP options after 1 year
• Transparent equity vesting & agreement
