Our flagship platform, MK3, is a real, working AI system designed under extreme constraints, deep localization, and real-world usability across languages and sensitive domains.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at MountKan, based in Guwahati, with flexibility for remote work.

As a Co-Founder, you will own and lead one or more critical pillars of the companyinvestment & fundraising, technology & platform, or team & executionwhile working closely with the Founder to shape MountKan's vision, strategy, and growth.

You will be involved in:

• Defining long-term company direction and product roadmap
• Driving fundraising, partnerships, and external relationships (where applicable)
• Building, scaling, and mentoring high-quality, high-performing teams
• Translating vision into execution across product, market, and operations
• Representing MountKan with investors, partners, and stakeholders

This is a company-building role, not a consulting or advisory position.

Qualifications

We are looking for builders, not titles.

Required

• Proven ability to build and ship real products or businesses
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with comfort making decisions under ambiguity
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term ownership mentality
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment
• High ethical standards, especially in AI, data, and human-impact systems

Role-Specific Strengths (One or More)

• Investment & Growth: Fundraising experience, investor access, partnerships, GTM strategy
• Technology & Platform: AI systems, LLMs, architecture, scalability, security, team building
• Team & Execution: Hiring, delivery, operations, execution under constraints
