Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join Mivoya in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR (Faridabad). This role involves daily tasks such as planning and managing travel itineraries, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Additionally, the position requires contributing to project planning, offering exceptional customer support, and aligning with the company's focus on sustainable and responsible travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning, itinerary design, and client coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer support
• Proficiency in technology and tools associated with travel booking and project management
• Knowledge of sustainable travel practices is a plus
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
