We're building a high-ticket B2C service business targeting international clients and looking for a results-driven Co-Founder to own marketing, growth, and tech from day one.
This is a ground-floor equity partnership not a job.
What You'll Own
- Paid marketing Meta, Google, YouTube strategy and execution
- Organic growth SEO, content, social-led inbound
- Tech & AI stack tools, automations, and systems
- Brand positioning for a premium international audience
Who We're Looking For
- 25 years of hands-on marketing experience with measurable results
- Proven paid media track record you can show real ROAS and CAC numbers
- Proven organic growth results real traffic, leads, or audience built for actual clients
- Experience in high-ticket B2C services ($2k$50k+ price points)
- International client exposure US, UK, UAE, or similar markets
- Prior entrepreneurial experience freelance, agency, startup, or co-founder
- AI and tech-literate you actively use AI tools in your workflow
This is NOT for you if
- You're a fresher or have no real results to show
- You've only worked in corporates without founder-level accountability
- You need a salary or a fully defined brief before you can execute
- You're looking for part-time or freelance work
