Role Description

As a Co-Founder responsible for managing the investor community at Paperwealth, you will build, nurture, and grow a thriving network of investors.

1. Creating and driving marketing efforts to attract new members,

2. Crafting and executing strategies to engage with members effectively,

3. Identifying innovative ways to expand the community and its resources.

The role also entails conducting research into emerging market trends and opportunities to provide valuable insights to the community. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, where you will operate both on-site and remotely as per the needs of the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to attract and retain members and foster the community's growth
• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to build relationships and facilitate engagement within the investor community
• Experience leading teams, managing projects, and Raising Investments
• Understanding of investment and financial domains is a must
