We're an ambitious, globally minded startup preparing for launch in May 2025. Operating across the US, Canada, and India, we're building a company from the ground up to solve meaningful problems through technology, execution, and operational excellence.

As we gear up to go live, we're looking for a sharp, reliable, and execution-focused C-Level experienced Executive to help shape and scale the foundation of the business from documentation and SOP creation to cross-border coordination and strategic follow-through.

The Role as Co- founder owning execution, structure, and accountability across initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in creating the systems, documentation, and processes that make a global startup run smoothly before and after launch.

This is a foundational hire with unmatched visibility, and the ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where they can bring order, insight, and ownership to every interaction.

• Key Responsibilities Create and maintain structured documentation: SOPs, meeting notes, project trackers, and internal knowledge bases
• Drive founder-level execution: Follow up with teams across functions to ensure progress, unblock delays, and report on outcomes
• Support cross-border coordination: Align teams across US, Canada, and India on timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Prepare briefs, pitch decks, and memos for partners, investors, and internal stakeholders
• Track and report on OKRs, key metrics, and project milestones

What We're Looking For

• Strong written communication and documentation skills clear, concise, and structured
• Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or internal wikis
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities; you're known for closing loops, not opening them
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multiple time zones
• High discretion and trust; exposure to confidential and strategic discussions
• Self-starter with a bias for action and learning on the fly
