Co-Founder (Hospitality & Experiences)
Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid / Remote-friendly)
We are building an early-stage hospitality and travel experience startup focused on curated journeys, events, immersive storytelling, and community-driven travel supported by technology.
At this foundational stage, we are looking for a Co-Founder who brings a hospitality-led mindset, strong ownership, and long-term commitment to help shape and scale the venture.
What we're looking for
- Experience or strong interest in hospitality, travel, or events
- Understanding of guest experience, travel operations, vendor or partner management
- Ability to work hands-on in a lean, early-stage startup
- Passion for storytelling, community building, and experiential travel
- Collaborative leadership style and comfort with ambiguity
- Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the business
- Openness to contributing a small pre-seed investment is a plus, but not mandatory
Your role will involve
- Shaping hospitality experiences, offerings, and partnerships
- Supporting vendor onboarding, alliances, and operations
- Contributing to brand, storytelling, and community initiatives
- Working closely with the founder on strategy, execution, and growth
