Co-Founder Growth, Grants & Partnerships

BME360 is India's first integrated digital ecosystem built exclusively for Biomedical Engineers and the MedTech community. Our platform brings together careers, learning, device intelligence, industry connections, and market insights—creating a single destination for biomedical professionals to grow, connect, and lead. We are looking for a mission-aligned operator to own the commercial and institutional growth engine alongside the founding team.

The founding team currently drives tech, OEM outreach, and community building. What's missing is a dedicated force for revenue-side partnerships, grant navigation, and institutional business development — someone who can convert warm relationships into signed agreements, funding, and paying customers. This co-founder owns the commercial engine.

Role Architecture — Four Pillars

1)   Business Development

·      Close OEM & corporate partnerships

·      Build hospital & institution pipeline

·      Convert BME community to revenue

·      Own top-line KPIs end-to-end

2)  Grants & Govt Relations

·      Map & apply: BIRAC, DST, SIDBI, NHM

·      Own grant applications & follow-up

·      Build ministry & state-level relationships

·      Drive investor & accelerator pipeline

3)  Operations & Finance

·      Oversee outsourced IT deliverables

·      Finance hygiene & compliance

·      Build non-tech team as company scales

·      Grant utilisation & MIS reporting

4)  Strategy & Brand

·      Co-own product & pricing direction

·      Identify adjacent markets & verticals

·      Represent BME360 at industry forums

·      Track competitive landscape

Qualification Profile

·      Healthcare / MedTech background

·      B2B sales track record

·      Hospital / OEM relationships

·      5–10 years experience

·      Startup or 0→1 mindset

Education Requirement

·      MBA (preferred)

·      Biomedical / Life Sciences Engineering + MBA combo

·      PGDM Health Management

·      Govt grant experience

What you get:

This is a pure equity play — no salary until Seed round is closed. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't the right seat for you.

Equity Ownership - Shares are issued against your capital infusion and milestone achievements, governed by a mutually agreed vesting schedule. You build ownership by building the company.

Salary Structure - A salary structure will be formalised upon successful closure of the Seed Investment round, at which point CTC will be benchmarked to market norms for the role and stage.

Profit Sharing - As the platform reaches operational profitability, co-founders participate in profit distribution at a pre-agreed ratio. Your effort compounds into earnings.
