What You'll Own1. Strategic Leadership (2026-27)- Execute transformation from education platform to talent screening + recruitment marketplace
- Increase penetration in India: Expand existing Indian market presence, secure 15+ new domestic luxury wellness clients
- Build EMEA market entry: Identify luxury wellness brands in UAE, UK, Germany
- Design custom talent screening frameworks matching client brand standards
2. Talent Operations- Build end-to-end screening processes: assessment, vetting, placement for luxury wellness coaches
- Recruit & lead 5-person remote talent team
- Define elite talent standards for luxury brand requirements
- Integrate AI-powered wellness platforms for screening efficiency
3. Client Partnerships- India: Secure 15+ new domestic luxury wellness/gym clients
- EMEA: Secure first 5-10 clients (UAE/Dubai, UK, Germany)
- Manage client onboarding, delivery, retention
- Negotiate partnership agreements & pricing models
4. Founder's Office Collaboration- Work alongside Shraddha Sheth (Founder & CEO, 25 years experience): daily strategy + execution
- Co-create vision, not just implement plans
- Support fundraising: investor meetings, pitch presentations
- Represent at industry events (India + EMEA)
QualificationsRequiredExperience
- ✅ 10+ years corporate leadership or startup operations (senior roles preferred)
- ✅ Talent recruitment/hiring experience — agency, corporate HR, or marketplace model
- ✅ Luxury wellness/hospitality expertise — brand development, operations, or client management
- ✅ EMEA market knowledge — remote hiring, time zones, cultural nuance (or willingness to learn)
