Role Description This is a full-time remote Co-Founder Endocrinologist with Investment role, combining clinical leadership with strategic and business responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, the Co-Founder Endocrinologist will provide clinical guidance for product development, review protocols and content for medical accuracy, and help design patient-centered care pathways for metabolic and endocrine conditions. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams, participating in key decisions on company strategy, and contributing to the development of partnerships and growth initiatives. The Co-Founder will also engage in data interpretation from clinical and user outcomes, support brand messaging to ensure it reflects current endocrine science, and represent the company in professional and investor conversations. As an investing co-founder, the individual will take an active role in shaping the company's vision, contributing financially, and sharing responsibility for long-term success.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data, digital health metrics, and business performance indicators.
• Excellent communication abilities, including clear clinical explanation to non-medical audiences and effective collaboration in a remote environment.
• Sales-related competencies, such as building trust with potential partners, articulating value propositions, and supporting business development conversations.
• Marketing skills to help shape evidence-based messaging, contribute to educational campaigns, and align clinical content with brand strategy.
• Research skills to evaluate current endocrine literature, guide product validation, and support outcomes-focused initiatives.
• Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology and a valid medical license (or ability to obtain one) in relevant jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated experience in metabolic health, obesity medicine, or hormone-related conditions in a clinical or academic setting.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, early-stage startups, and willingness to make an investment as a co-founder.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment and make informed decisions with limited precedent.
• Experience with digital health, telemedicine, or technology-enabled care models is highly beneficial.
