Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial remote work.
As Co-founder & CMO, you will lead the brand's marketing, sales, research, and communication functions, ensuring data-driven growth and consistent brand positioning. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling Zebra Klub into a household name for professional comfort wear.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee brand strategy, marketing, and sales initiatives to drive sustainable growth
- Lead research and market analysis for consumer insights and trend identification
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Develop and execute digital campaigns and partnerships to expand reach
- Ensure alignment between creative direction and business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine brand positioning and product-market fit
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Proven expertise in marketing, sales, and brand growth strategies
- Research and strategic planning capabilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit with innovative thinking and executional drive
- Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Additional Details
- You will be part of the parent company's leadership team as Chief of Marketing, responsible for end-to-end brand performance.
- A minimum investment of 2.5 Lakhs is required to hold an equity stake in the company.
