Role Overview
WINIXCO is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Co-Founder who will take complete ownership of business growth, revenue expansion, and market strategy, while also contributing 1 Crore as seed capital. This is a full-time leadership role requiring hands-on involvement in driving growth, partnerships, and long-term value creation.
This role is suited for a builder-investor mindset, not a passive or advisory position.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Revenue
- Own and drive overall business growth strategy and execution.
- Lead revenue generation, sales strategy, and client acquisition.
- Build and scale strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Define and track KPIs, targets, and growth milestones.
Strategy & Operations
- Work closely with the founding team on vision, roadmap, and execution.
- Support decision-making across sales, marketing, pricing, and expansion.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing business teams.
- Ensure scalable and sustainable business operations.
- Investment & Financial Leadership
- Invest 1 Crore as seed funding into WINIXCO.
- Actively participate in financial planning and fund utilization.
- Have the financial capability to support future funding requirements, if needed.
- Assist in future fundraising activities and investor interactions.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, Angel Investor, or Senior Business Leader.
- Proven track record of investing in startups or growth-stage companies.
- Ability to commit 1 Crore seed investment at the time of onboarding.
- Financial strength to support additional funding rounds, if required.
- Willingness to work full-time with end-to-end ownership of business growth.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, IT Services, HR Tech, or Digital Products.
- Strong network of clients, partners, and investors.
- Experience scaling startups from early to growth stage.
- Solid understanding of revenue models, unit economics, and market expansion.
