Company Description

Blitz Consulting & Coaching specializes in Business Transformation leveraging AI, including Machine Learning and Generative AI. The company serves sectors such as Edtech through modular skilling partnerships, Academia through masterclasses, and SMB/MSME through business advisory and management consulting.

Blitz builds AI solutions that simplify adoption for businesses & individuals. Blitz is currently B2B and establishing Skilling & Consulting GTMs in India & the Middle East. In the next 6 months, we will start working on incubating a new B2C IP-based Product Offering focused on Applied AI in multiple domains.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid / remote role (preferably) located in Gurugram / Delhi NCR / North India for a

Co-Founder. While the first 3-4 months can be part-time, it will transition to a full-time role over the next 4 months.

We are looking for a co-founder who can complement deep domain expertise in AI strategy, education, & consulting with strong product execution & growth orientation. You will shape the Product Roadmap, validate early user journeys, and build the initial user base.

The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing Product operations, AI workflows for Product development, developing and executing strategies, driving Product Demos and marketing efforts, conducting research and analysis, and communicating with stakeholders. The Co-Founder will work closely with other team members to ensure the successful growth and transformation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Validated IP into a working, scalable B2C product
• Lead or oversee MVP development, UI/UX, and early integrations
• Define a GTM - from Pilot to launch
• Build & mentor a small, agile core team
• Drive User Acquisition experiments & community loops

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in Product management, growth, or engineering
• Exposure to B2C models, preferably Edtech or Wellness Tech
• Hands-on understanding of AI tools, APIs, Cloud, Prompt Engg, Open source, Workflows
• Comfortable with Ambiguity, decisive in Execution, has the patience to build something Innovative
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Research Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Innovative and strategic thinking
• Experience in the consulting or education / Skilling industry is a plus
• A master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred

Stock Options

The Founding team will have Stock Options. Vesting will be milestone-based. Minimum holding period before vesting starts will be 1.5 years from the time the Option is offered and accepted.

Equity Roles

There are only 2 Equity Roles apart from the main Founder. 1 is the Product Co-Founder & 1 is the Business/Technology Co-Founder. Product Co-Founder needs to have at least 8 years of Work Experience with a Specialization in AI & Technical Product Management.

The Business Co-Founder will be separately communicated with. Min 18 years of work experience with a Specialization in Education, Skilling, & Large Scale B2C Training.
