Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Co-Founder position, based in Lucknow. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for shaping the overall strategy and vision of the organization, driving key business initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams. Your daily tasks will include overseeing operations, strategizing marketing and sales initiatives, conducting research to improve offerings, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the company towards fulfilling its mission of providing exceptional academic coaching services.
