We are currently scaling our operations in recruiting and staffing while developing a suite of in-house HR SaaS products. We are looking for a visionary partner to join us at the ground level (0 to 1) to build the future of automated enterprise solutions.
The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Technical Co-Founder who is ready to wear multiple hats. This is not just a job; it is a partnership. You will be responsible for leading our technical strategy, managing operations, and playing a pivotal role in our fundraising journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Architect and oversee the development of AI-driven products using ML, LLMs, and AI Agents/Bots.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor our technical team and developers to ensure agile and high-quality delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline company operations and internal processes to ensure scalability.
- Strategic Growth: Implement innovative ideas and pivot strategies as we move from ideation to market dominance.
- Fundraising & Networking: Leverage your investor connections and knowledge of the startup ecosystem to help secure seed and Series A funding.
Required Qualifications & Mindset
- Deep Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Software Development, AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Startup DNA: A deep understanding of how early-stage startups operate—you thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Investment Knowledge: Prior experience or strong knowledge of the investment landscape and a network of potential investors.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and complex projects.
- Passion for 0 to 1: A genuine drive to build a company from the ground up and stay committed through the challenges of early-stage growth.
Investment & Compensation
Note: As this is a founding-level partnership in a pre-revenue startup, the following conditions apply:
- Equity-First: Compensation will be provided via a significant equity stake in the company from day one.
- Deferred Salary: The successful candidate must be willing to forgo a traditional salary until the company achieves stable revenue or completes a successful funding round.
- Skin in the Game: We are looking for a partner who is ready to contribute a minimum initial investment to the company to cover early operational costs and demonstrate long-term commitment.
