Who I am looking for
Seeking a highly driven individual with the following profile:
Academic & Background:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a Tier 1 Engineering Institute (IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, or other top 100 engineering colleges in India).
- Degree in any engineering discipline (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./M.S./Ph.D. or Integrated Dual Degree).
- Strong academic background with a sharp analytical mindset.
- 9+ CGPA/CPI or 90% and above throughout academics.
- Location preference: Based in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, or nearby to enable smooth and consistent collaboration.
- Final year students and freshers are not eligible.
Professional Experience:
- 2-5 years of work experience in either Fortune 500 organizations or high value startups, in India or abroad.
- Some prior experience in launching or managing startups, side hustles, or tech-driven initiatives as a founder, co-founder, partner, or a founding member.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English.
- Comfortable on camera, shouldn't be camera shy.
- Basic experience in audio/photo/video editing is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Clear entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, bias toward action, and ability to thrive under uncertainty.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or strategic networking is a strong plus, though not a deal breaker.
- Willingness to invest a small seed capital alongside me in exchange for a significant equity stake.
Leadership & Team Building:
- Proven experience in hiring and building teams from the ground up.
- Some exposure to teaching and mentoring is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to dynamic environments, and eager to wear multiple hats.
Role Expectations:
- Collaborate closely to define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.
- Co-lead product development and help build the founding team from the ground up.
- Contribute to content creation across text, audio, and video formats.
- Show deep passion for building, paired with the humility to learn, adapt, and grow
- Take ownership of critical functions such as go-to-market strategy (GTM), partnerships, and investor engagement.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex things in a simpler manner.
