We're Looking for a CTO & Co-Founder | InnoVibe Mobility

InnoVibe Mobility India Pvt. Ltd. | EVcare.AI

We are building EVcare.AI — an AI-powered EV intelligence and after-sales technology platform designed to transform how EVs are diagnosed, serviced, monitored and managed.

As we move from pilot to product development and scale, we are looking for a CTO & Co-Founder who wants to build the technology and the company with us.

What you'll build

You will lead the technology roadmap across:

• EV Telemetry & IoT

• AI/ML-based EV diagnostics

• Battery, BMS, controller & motor intelligence

• Vehicle data acquisition and CAN/equivalent protocols

• Predictive maintenance

• Digital Twin & EV health analytics

• Cloud platform & APIs

• EVcare.AI web/mobile platform

• Fleet & OEM technology integrations

• Data architecture, cybersecurity & scalability

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a builder, not just a manager.

Ideal background:

CTO / Tech Lead / Senior Engineering experience

Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, IoT, embedded systems, automotive technology or SaaS

Understanding of EV architecture is highly desirable

Experience taking a technology from prototype → MVP → production

Strong product-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset

Comfortable working with a lean startup team

Willingness to work closely with OEMs, EV fleets, technology partners and investors

What we offer

CTO & Co-Founder position — Equity-based initially

The position will be equity-based until our seed funding is processed, followed by a structured compensation package aligned with the company's funding and growth stage.
