Co-Founder & LLP Partner — SCG

Sharma Consultancy Group (SCG) is an emerging business consultancy focused on Financial Services, Business Advisory, and Tendering Solutions.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & LLP Partner to join us at the foundation stage and actively contribute to building and growing the company.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should have knowledge or experience in:

• Accounting and bookkeeping
• GST, Income Tax and statutory compliance
• Audit and financial documentation
• Client management and relationship building
• Client pitching and business development
• Understanding of SME and business financial requirements
• Professional communication and negotiation
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Educational Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• B.Com / M.Com
• MBA, preferably Finance, Marketing or Business
• CA / CS / CMA or other relevant professional qualifications
• Exceptional candidates with strong relevant experience, expertise or business capabilities may also be considered

Partnership Opportunity

This is not a conventional employment position.

The selected candidate will join SCG as a Co-Founder and LLP Partner, with an opportunity to participate in the company's growth and share in its profits.

• Profit-sharing percentage will be mutually discussed and finalized
• The candidate will be formally inducted as an LLP Partner
• Active involvement in business operations and decision-making will be expected
• The partner will play a key role in developing the Financial Services vertical
• Responsibilities will also include client acquisition, client management and business development

Capital Contribution

The candidate should be prepared to make a capital contribution toward establishing and operating the LLP.

The exact capital contribution, profit-sharing ratio and other partnership terms will be mutually discussed and agreed upon before joining.
