Co-Founder & CTO

Equity: Founding Stake (Meaningful Equity)

My team and I are working on something special in the travel space. We're currently in stealth, have got the strategy and local partnerships covered and now we need the engineering genius to round us out. We are seeking a technical co-founder to architect and lead the development of a high-concurrency, three-sided marketplace. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical roadmap from choosing the stack to working on the initial MVP and leading the engineering team. This is a founding role with significant equity and decision-making power.

Your Mandate:

• Total Autonomy: You own the stack based on scalability, not just familiarity.
• The Zero to One Build: You will personally code the core MVP and lead our engineering team as we scale.
• Geospatial Intelligence: Implement complex geofencing, real-time routing and logistics that don't break.
• Strategic Seat: You aren't building for us, you are building with us. You'll have an equal voice in product-market fit and venture scaling.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of three interconnected mobile and web interfaces.
• Set engineering standards, security protocols and documentation practices.
• Collaborate on product strategy and operational scaling from a technical perspective.

The Profile We're Looking for:

• The Full-Stack Development: You've built and shipped complex, distributed systems.
• The Marketplace Veteran: Bonus points if you've dealt with the messy side of tech logistics or food delivery.
• Skin in the Game: You are looking for an ownership role, not a 9 to 5. You want the risk and the massive upside that comes with being a founder.
