We are currently in the growth stage and looking for a strategic Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can contribute capital, build financial systems, lead fundraising efforts, and help scale the company nationally and internationally.

Role Overview 

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and financially strong leader who is interested in becoming a Co-Founder and CFO of INUPGRO. 

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing finance, fundraising, investor relations, financial planning, compliance, and growth strategy while contributing an investment of ₹20 Lakhs into the company. 

This is not a traditional job opportunity. This is a founder-level partnership for someone looking to build a high-growth startup from the ground up. 

Key Responsibilities 

Financial Leadership 

• Develop and execute company financial strategy. 
• Create annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. 
• Manage cash flow and financial planning. 
• Monitor revenue growth and profitability. 

Fundraising & Investor Relations 

• Lead Seed, Angel, and Pre-Series A fundraising activities. 
• Build relationships with VCs, Angel Investors, Family Offices, and HNIs. 
• Prepare investor decks, financial projections, and due diligence documents. 
• Participate in investor meetings and negotiations. 

Compliance & Governance 

• Ensure legal, financial, and regulatory compliance. 
• Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, and legal advisors. 
• Manage company valuations and shareholder reporting. 

Strategic Growth 

• Work directly with the CEO on business expansion. 
• Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities. 
• Support M&A, strategic alliances, and corporate development initiatives. 

Team Building 

• Build and lead the finance department. 
• Establish financial controls and reporting systems. 
• Create scalable processes for future growth. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

Required Qualifications 

• CA, MBA Finance, CFA, Investment Banker, PE/VC Professional, or equivalent experience. 
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Startup Finance, or Corporate Finance. 
• Experience raising funds from investors. 
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. 
• Deep understanding of startup fundraising. 

Preferred 

• Previously worked in a startup leadership role. 
• Existing network of investors, VCs, Family Offices, HNIs, and Angel Networks. 
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, AI, or Technology startups. 

Investment Commitment 

The selected candidate will invest: 

₹20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs INR) 

The investment structure may be: 

• Equity Investment 
• Convertible Note 
• SAFE Agreement 
• Founder Capital Contribution 

(subject to mutual discussion and legal documentation)
