The Mission

As Co-Founder & India CEO, you will be responsible for:

- Launching Ufinity Health in India

- Raising capital through angel, seed, or strategic partnerships

- Building & leading the founding team (Product, Ops, Growth)

- Driving GTM, partnerships & subscriber growth to 5,000+ paid users in 6 to 9 months

- Shaping the care delivery model with Ayurveda/naturopathy providers & digital coaches

What You'll Need

- 10+ years in health-tech, consumer health, or B2B2C startups

- Proven experience in zero-to-one launches, fundraising, or leading early-stage ventures

- Strong grasp of India's healthcare, wellness, or digital subscription markets

- Passion for preventive, integrative health

- Ability to operate with agility and scale effectively

Compensation

This is a founding leadership role offering:

- Sweat Equity: Vested with capital raise and early traction milestones

- Salary: Negotiable post-fundraise, or modest stipend pre-funding
