Role Description

We are seeking a Co-Founder (AI/ML) to join our dynamic team at Learnhyve. In this full-time, remote role, you will lead the development and implementation of AI/ML algorithms to enhance our platform's capabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include designing predictive models, analyzing large-scale datasets, optimizing AI/ML-based features for personalized learning, and collaborating with other team members to strategize and drive product innovation. You will also contribute to shaping the company's vision and ensuring the technical milestones align with our mission to democratize life skill education.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in developing and optimizing AI/ML models
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and stakeholders
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies to align product vision with market demand
• Proven Research capabilities to stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and educational technology trends
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Experience with frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Ability to think strategically and take initiative in a startup environment
• Previous experience in EdTech or relevant industries is a plus
