The Co-Founder Role

This is afull-time, on-ground co-founder rolefocused on building and scaling AD Street's presence in your respective market.

As a Co-Founder, you will:

• Leadmarket expansion and business growthin your city
• Drivesales, partnerships, and client relationships
• Work closely with the central leadership team on:
• Market strategy
• Financial targets
• Pitching & planning
• Client solutions
• Build and nurture alocal team, supported by AD Street's core creative and strategy engine
• Play a key role in shaping thelong-term visionof the agency
