Job Description

As Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall solution strategy and architecture. In collaboration with different teams, engage with customers to understand their unique demands and drive innovative, value-driven solutions. Help craft compelling business cases that set Nokia apart in the telecommunications market. With a focus on customer success, build lasting relationships with technical decision-makers, ensuring that the solutions not only meet but exceed business needs.

You have:

  • 15+ years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on CNS (Core & Application) domains.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering complex, multi-domain solutions for telco and enterprise customers.
  • Strong domain knowledge in OSS, Mobile Voice/Data Core, AIOps, Security, and autonomous operations.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong pre-sales background with end-to-end architecture experience.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous experience with XaaS business models.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning / AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with telco infrastructure, including assurance, service quality, inventory, and fulfillment solutions.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native architectures and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the domain pre-sales, sales, commercial, and delivery teams
  • Generate a robust pipeline that supports achievement of assigned quota(s)
  • Understand customer business pain points and their established KPIs to meet their business objectives
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Position and emphasize Nokia CNS value, demonstrating business benefits and ROI effectively
  • Work with alliance partners to extend our sales efforts in the accounts
  • Partner with account managers and Customer Business Team head to develop the opportunity
