Description
We are seeking skilled CNC & VMC Operators for our facilities in Tambaram and Gummidipoondi. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating CNC and VMC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts produced.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC and VMC equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and workflows.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in operating CNC and VMC machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
- Experience with different materials such as metals, plastics, and composites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques.
