Designation - CNC/VMC Operator
Location - Wagholi, Pune
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in machining operations
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines
· Perform turning, milling, drilling, tapping, threading operations
· Read engineering drawings & GD&T symbols
· Handle tool setting, offsets, feeds & speed adjustments
· Inspect components using Vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.
· Maintain production & quality records
· Follow safety and machine maintenance procedures
Skills Required:
· Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes
· Experience with Fanuc/Siemens controls
· Understanding of G-Code & M-Code (preferred)
· Good measuring and troubleshooting skills
· Basic computer knowledge
