Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a (CNC/VMC/Hobbing/Gear Grinding)Machine Operator, located in Metoda Rajkot. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring that production processes run efficiently and meet quality standards. The Machine Operator will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and the use of a variety of machinery.
• Experience with Quality Control to ensure products meet specified standards and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with Hand Tools and the ability to perform basic maintenance work on machinery.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with other team members and supervisors.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is an advantage.
