Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Turning Operator located in Tiruvallur. The CNC Turning Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines to produce parts according to specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring machine settings are precise, conducting quality checks throughout production, and performing routine maintenance on machinery. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machinery handling
• Experience with Machining and Milling processes
• Strong skills in Quality Control and inspecting finished products for accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a focus on maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Prior experience with CNC machines is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machining or related fields are an advantage
