Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune Division for CNC Turning Machine Operators. The role involves operating CNC turning machines, configuring and setting up machine tools based on production requirements, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks using measuring tools, and ensuring the final products meet specified standards. Adherence to workplace safety and quality protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating CNC turning machines and knowledge of machine setup and calibration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and operational schematics.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality inspections.
• Familiarity with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and adherence to quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Formal training or certification in CNC operations, mechanical engineering, or related technical fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is an advantage.
