Description
We are looking for an experienced CNC Supervisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the CNC machining processes and ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage a team of CNC operators and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement CNC programming techniques to optimize production.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on finished products.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in CNC machining and supervision.
- Proficient in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and maintenance.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for machining processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
