## Job Summary

Janatics is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Turning Machine Programmer Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bawal. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine operation, and troubleshooting with Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers.

## Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Turning Machines.
• Prepare and modify CNC programs as per production requirements.
• Work on Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity standards.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and proper machine upkeep.
• Maintain production records and quality documentation.
  
  

## Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CNC Turning Machine programming and operation.
• Hands-on experience with *Fanuc GSK CNC Controllers*.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
• Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing practices.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
  

## Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
  
  

## Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in CNC Turning Machine Programming and Operation.
