Hiring Alert – CNC Programmer (Offline Programming Support)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is looking for experienced professionals in CNC Programming to support our NCP Team through Offline Programming activities. If you have strong expertise in MasterCAM, NC Programming, CNC Milling, and Turning operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Role: CNC Programmer – Offline Programming Support

Experience: 3 – 7 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM
• Generate and validate offline CNC machining programs
• Create tool paths for Milling, Turning, VMC & HMC operations
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications
• Select tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters, and machining strategies
• Perform NC program verification and simulation
• Support production teams in machining and programming-related issues
• Drive process improvements, cycle time reduction, and productivity enhancement

Skills Required

• Strong experience in MasterCAM Programming
• Hands-on expertise in CNC Milling & Turning
• Knowledge of Offline Programming and NC Code Generation
• Proficiency in G-Code & M-Code Programming
• Experience with VMC, HMC, and Multi-Axis Machining
• Understanding of GD&T, manufacturing drawings, and machining processes
• Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds & speeds, and tooling optimization

Preferred Experience

• Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering, or Precision Manufacturing industries
• Exposure to CNC simulation and program validation
• Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period preferred
