Role Descriptio

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Programmer Cum Operator located in Nalagarh. The candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to ensure precise manufacturing of high-quality components. Day-to-day tasks include creating CNC programs, optimizing machining processes, setting up and maintaining machines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role also involves routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines efficiently

Qualification

• Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• .Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery to ensure smooth operational performance
• .Ability to optimize machining processes for efficiency and precision in line with project requirements
• .Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance practices in a manufacturing environment
• .Experience using CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines is a plus
• .Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• .A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred
• .Experience in a manufacturing or production setting, particularly within surfacing solutions, is an advantage
