The CNC Programmer and Setter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamnagar. The primary responsibilities include programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components as per technical specifications and blueprints. The role also involves performing quality checks, maintaining CNC machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery.

• Hands-on experience with CNC programming, machine setting, and operating CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
• Knowledge of quality control standards, measurement tools, and techniques to check product accuracy.
• Strong understanding of material properties and machining processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage tight production deadlines.
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent technical training is preferred.
• Experience in the precision components manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
