Engineer CNC Application & Programming

Client:Japanese MNC (Fanuc India) | Leading CN C & Machine Tool Automation Company

Location: Bangalore/ Manesar / Ahmedabad / Rajkot

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Package: 4 LPA to 12 LPA (Based on skills, CNC controller exposure & experience)

Education: BE / B.Tech Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide installation & commissioning support for CNC controllers at customer sites
• Handle application support calls via phone or on-site visits within minimum TAT
• Conduct regular customer visits and technical discussions
• Deliver proactive application support to Machine Tool Builders (MTBs)
• Understand customer machining requirements and support CNC selection & application
• Train MTBs and customers on new CNC features, systems, and upgrades
• Carry out competitor CNC analysis at customer sites and share insights with sales teams
• Update internal technical centres with new systems, applications, and features
• Continuously enhance skills through simulator training and technical programs
• Maintain proper documentation of project learnings and share knowledge within the team

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience in CNC application / commissioning / service support
• Strong exposure to HMC / PLC, CNC programming or application (Scada background acceptable)
• Experience with CNC controllers Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi preferred
• Good understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cycle optimization
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer and MTB support

Good to Have:

• PLC integration exposure with CNC systems
• Prior experience working with Machine Tool Builders (MTBs)
• Simulator training or advanced CNC parameter knowledge
• Customer-facing technical support experience in manufacturing environment
