Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a CNC Production Manager. The CNC Production Manager will oversee day-to-day machining production operations, manage teams, ensure high-quality standards in output, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines. They will ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols, optimize machine processes, and collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals. Efficient resource allocation, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing performance metrics to implement process improvements will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage production teams
  • Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
  • Critical Analytical Skills for performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and process optimization
  • Effective Communication abilities to interact with team members and cross-functional departments
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced CNC machining processes and precision manufacturing techniques
  • Familiarity with industry standards for aerospace, defense, and power generation sectors is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience working in a CNC production environment, with a focus on meeting tight tolerances and quality standards
