Position Summary:
We are seeking a CNC Operator to support tooling and manufacturing operations at our Pune location. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, work with CAM software, and coordinate closely with the manufacturing team to support day-to-day production activities. You will play an important role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining machine performance, and supporting manufacturing requirements through collaboration, quality execution, and accurate documentation.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to support manufacturing activities.
- Utilize CAM software for machining and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team on daily operational activities and priorities.
- Manage daily work activities and follow up on open actions to ensure timely completion and resolution.
- Support the achievement of monthly service billable hour targets through efficient execution of tasks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of CNC machines to ensure operational reliability.
- Identify and communicate equipment issues and support resolution activities.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation, including machining records, inspection records, and daily reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address manufacturing requirements and provide operational support.
- Adhere to quality, safety, and operational procedures while maintaining a productive work environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of CAM software and machining processes.
- Understanding of CNC machine setup, operation, and routine maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate operational and production records.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with operational procedures.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Tooling, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Experience with tooling, machining, and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices for CNC equipment.
- Knowledge of machining quality standards and inspection methods.
- Experience working in a collaborative manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.
