Cnc Operator

Operate and set up CNC 3-Axis/5-Axis machining centers efficiently.

Perform basic CNC programming and make program modifications using Siemens, Fanuc, or Haas controllers.

Read, interpret, and understand technical drawings, GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.

Understand and edit G-Code and M-Code programs as required.

Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and job changeovers.

Change cutting tools, collets, inserts, tool holders, and tool blocks as required.

Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments.

Ensure finished components meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Perform deburring, sanding, grinding, and other finishing operations when required.

Monitor machine performance and maintain smooth production throughout the shift.

Maintain coolant levels and carry out routine machine maintenance.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.

Follow production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams for continuous improvement
