Job Description

Overall management of production line
CNC Machine operating skills of VMC(3Axis,4axis,5axis),HMC,Turn Mill centre, Mill Turn Centre.
Good technical skills in Part setting in various CNC machine
Good cutting tool Knowledge and usage of cutting parameters based on Material.
Good Knowledge on GD&T.
Execution of Monthly, Weekly Production Plans
First sample development and FAI Approval
Rejection control, initiations of actions on non-conformances
Prepare forecast, control over materials to meet production requirements
Initiate plan and action to increase productivity.
Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages
NCR Closure for rejection parts
5S maintain activity
