Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some remote work. The CNC Operator Programmer and Setter Supervisor will oversee the programming, setup, and efficient operation of CNC machines. Responsibilities include creating CNC programs, setting up machinery, supervising machine operations, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with team members to optimize processes and achieve production targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation, including CNC programming and setup
- Experience in Machining and Milling processes
- Knowledge of Quality Control to ensure adherence to product specifications
- Understanding of Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and coordinate tasks effectively within a team
- Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to work in a hybrid work environment
